McMillan Capital Group is a subsidiary company that creates investment groups, that will acquire distressed and undervalued real estate assets. MCG then either modifies the note or sells the note for a profit. We pride ourselves on our due diligence and discovering the true value of the property/asset. In addition we create dialogue with the borrower and lien holders to negotiate short sales and loan modifications in order to make notes more profitable.
